N. SHORE MINNESOTA – Minnesota National Guard members are heading south to help in the wake of Hurricane Helene.  Governor Tim Walz issued an executive order activating the National Guard yesterday, allowing them to provide emergency assistance in North Carolina almost a week after the hurricane made landfall.  Donald Trump has slammed Joe Biden for the slow government response to hurricane ravaged areas.  Trump visited impacted areas in Georgia last weekend and mobilized several semi-trucks filled with relieve supplies to affected areas.
