IRONWOOD - Homeowner Rehab Funding Available for those in certain downtown Ironwood Neighborhoods.  The City of Ironwood is anticipated to receive $160,000 in grant funding through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority Mi Neighborhood program to provide up to $40,000 per property to fund exterior rehabilitation of owner-occupied single-family homes in Douglas and Curry Neighborhoods.  To apply for this funding, there is an application form that you can fill out online. We have a link to that site on our website and Facebook page. Applications will be accepted until April 11, 2025.  https://ironwoodmi.gov/community-development/ and submit with requested materials to ericksont@ironwoodmi.gov or mail to 213 S.
