MILWAUKEE (AP) - In her first rally as a presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris is framing the race with Donald Trump as a choice between “freedom” and “chaos.” Democratic leaders Charles Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries endorsed Harris on Tuesday, capping off their party’s swift embrace of her 2024 candidacy.
