BESSEMER – A home on Sellar Street in Bessemer with a long history of foreclosures has been demolished by the city. The back section of the structure had already collapsed, leaving it exposed to the elements and rapidly deteriorating.  The Treasures office says though this project will be wrapped up over the next few days, their work is far from over as they will be busy behind the scenes, planning and preparing for future demolition/stabilization projects.
