ASHLAND - The Ashland Firefighter’s Toy Drive is underway. Donations of new, unwrapped gifts for the Holiday Toy Distribution can be dropped off at local businesses that display the Toy Driver banner or at the Ashland Fire Department. The Toy Drive is now a 501-C organization, so donations of cash or a check will also be welcomed and are tax deductible. Families in need in the Chequamegon Bay are asked to call and register for the program by December 11th. Find the number and full details on the Ashland Fire Department or Ashland Area Chamber’s FB pages. The Toy Distribution event will be on December 17th at the Bretting Community Center from 10 am to 6 pm.
