MARINETTE COUNTY - The Marinette County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-vehicle rollover in the Town of Stephenson Wisconsin that killed a Crivitz man. On Tuesday night Marinette County Dispatch received an iPhone crash detection call.  The initial investigation indicated that 25-year-old Chase Cutty of Crivitz was headed west on County Highway X when he attempted to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone. Cutty lost control of his vehicle, went into the ditch, and hit several trees. Cutty was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle. He died from the injuries sustained in the crash.
