IRONWOOD - AAA of Michigan reports the state average is back on the decline this week, but only slightly, falling 7 cents from a week ago.  Michigan drivers are now paying an average of $3.10 per gallon for regular unleaded gas. This price is 12 cents more than this time last month, but still 52 cents less than this time last year. The national average sits 6 cents higher than the state at $3.16 per gallon.  Around Upper Michigan, the lowest average is in Menominee County at $3.05 per gallon. The highest is in Keweenaw County at $3.30 per gallon.  Ironwood prices 3 cents a gallon more than the state average, but 3 cents a gallon less than the National average at $3.13 a gallon as of this morning.
