CRYSTAL FALLS, Mich. - Sentencing will take place next week in an Iron County, Michigan manslaughter case.  James Clement was accused of killing Ralph Schuirmann by blunt force trauma in September 2021.  On January 19, Clement was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and lying to a police officer.  Sentencing will take place on Monday.  The maximum penalty for manslaughter in Michigan is a prison sentence of 15 years.
