LANSING, Mich. (AP) — President Donald Trump will travel to Michigan next week to celebrate his first 100 days in office. Trump's rally in Macomb County will be his first since Inauguration Day earlier this year. Trump’s trip to Michigan follows several conversations with the state’s high-profile Democratic governor, Gretchen Whitmer. In those talks, Whitmer has pushed for a new fighter jet mission at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, located in Macomb County.
