TOWN OF PRESQUE ISLE— A 92-year-old man Presque Isle man suffered burns but is expected to be okay after his home caught on fire last night. Just after 6:30 p.m. Vilas County dispatch took a 911 call from the neighbor that the home on State Line Road in the Town of Presque Isle, was on fire.  The 92-year-old elderly homeowner sustained burns but was able to get himself out of the home, according to the release. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and then transported to Marshfield Hospital for treatment. The house is a total loss, the cause is under investigation.
