MADISON - Gov. Tony Evers, together with the Wisconsin DOT and the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, has released the 2025-26 edition of the Wisconsin State Highway Map to help Wisconsinites plan their next trip across Wisconsin as part of National Travel and Tourism Week, which runs through May 10.  In 2023, Wisconsin’s tourism industry saw a $25 billion total economic impact, welcomed 113 million visitors, nearly two million more than the previous year, and saw the highest-ever overnight visits with almost 46 million.  All 72 Wisconsin counties saw economic impact growth in 2023. The industry supported more than 178,000 part-time and full-time jobs and generated $1.6 billion in state and local tax revenue.  Printed copies of the State Highway Map can be picked up free of charge at many locations, including Wisconsin rest areas, Welcome Centers and Travel Information Centers or by ordering or downloading them online.  https://www.travelwisconsin.com/order-guides
