MELLEN - A man from Mellen will now go to trial on charges of possession of child pornography. A series of tips received by the Ashland Police from the Wisconsin Department of Justice and subsequent investigation determined that Justin Sturgal, 26, was in possessions of multiple videos downloaded and depicting child pornography.
