PHELPS - A 65-year-old man from Phelps is being charged with five counts of possession of child pornography.  Glen Barth was arrested on June 12 and appeared in Vilas County Court on June 13 for his initial appearance.  Barth's bond was set at $100,000. He will be in court again on Thursday, June 20 for a preliminary hearing.
