RAMSAY – Work is underway for the new Ramsay Post Office.  Work started this week on land south of the location of the precious post office on land owned by Ramsay's Cornerstone Church which will then rent the space to the Government for the post office.  The previous post office in Ramsay closed in March 2019 after the roof caved in due to heavy snow.  Nobody was in the post office when the incident occurred.  Since 2019, Ramsay residents - who don’t have mailboxes have had to pick up their mail from the Wakefield Post Office.  No opening date for the new post office has been set.
