ASHLAND - An Ashland man who threatened to shoot someone at Ashland High and Ashland Police officers will face trial in the fall. Lucias A. Herron,19, has been charged with making terrorist threats and battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer. The threat was made on social media that someone had a Glock, named Ashland High School Principal Brian Trettin and two Ashland Police officers as who they were going to shoot and when they were going to do so. Herron pleaded not guilty in April. His jury trial has been set for October 29th.
