UPPER MICHIGAN - The Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is encouraging residents to take advantage of Three Free Weekend this Saturday and Sunday.  According to a press release from the DNR, the weekend is two full days during which Michigan residents and out-of-state visitors can grab a fishing rod, ride the off-road trails, and visit state parks, boating access sites, and other outdoor locations—all free of charge.
