N. WISCONSIN / UP – Fireworks displays around the region include Fireworks at Carrow Park in Mercer at Dusk tomorrow as they celebrate the 4th with a full day of activities starting with a parade tomorrow at 11am.  The annual Star-Spangled Jubilee fireworks in Boulder Junction will start at dusk tomorrow.  Gates open for parking at 8pm.  Manitowish Waters fireworks over Rest Lake at 9:45 tomorrow night.
