EAGLE RIVER - The Eagle River Police Department is investigating a single vehicle crash on Friday.  Authorities say just before 2:00 am a vehicle was driving northbound on Railroad Street and drove through TWO stop signs. The vehicle ran into a wooden fence and went down the embankment into the river. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and go to a nearby home for help.  The driver had minor injuries and was treated. Crews pulled the vehicle out of the water. The Wisconsin DNR is assisting with the fuel spill.
