IRONWOOD – The lower trending gas prices continues.  The state gas price average is down 12 cents from a week ago.  Drivers are now paying an average of $3.25 per gallon for regular unleaded gas. This price is 37 cents less than this time last month and 40 cents less than this time last year. The national average sits slightly higher than the state at $3.27 per gallon.  The highest gas prices in Michigan are in the central U.P. at $3.33 per gallon and the lowest remains in Ironwood at $3.02 per gallon.
