IRON COUNTY – Toby Mullins the Man wanted in Iron County as a suspect in a few break ins in the Oma and Pine Lake area has been arrested in Fon Du Lac County.  Yesterday the Fon Du Lac County Sheriff’s office says a deputy with the Sheriff's Office was on patrol when he observed Mullins riding a bicycle southbound in the Town of Friendship, recognizing him as the individual wanted on an active nationwide felony warrant issued by Iron County.  When the deputy attempted to make contact with the suspect, he fled on the bike later abandoning the bicycle and continuing on foot onto private property west of the roadway.  Additional deputies, Wisconsin State Patrol troopers, and City of Fond du Lac Police Officers responded to the area eventually locating and apprehending the suspect with the help of a drone and a K9 officer.  Mullins was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for medical clearance then transported to the Fond du Lac County Jail.  Mullins is from Rib Lake, Wisconsin, and has an extensive criminal history that includes resisting and obstructing law enforcement, drug-related offenses, and theft-related offenses.
