ASHLAND – In Ashland the Northland College Board of Trustees voted to close Northland College at the end of the academic year.  Board members say with declining enrollment and soaring costs, it takes more to operate the College than they can raise in tuition and that the College has no sustainable path forward. Northland College in Ashland has been operating in Ashland for 133 years.
